Our critical process seals minimize microcontamination and offer excellent chemical resistance to maximize seal-life in wet and dry wafer fabrication processes. Our advanced-engineered thermoplastic solutions provide minimal extractable ion content, significant plasma resistance, low particle generation and high-dimensional stability, making them ideal for wafer-fabrication chamber components and for use in wafer-handling applications. Our sapphire components resist the harsh plasma etching found in semiconductor and solar wafer processing applications, thereby extending the service life. To streamline our customers' supply chains, we continue to expand our portfolio of materials with solutions such as quartz, silicon carbide, ceramic and silicon.
